Largely irrelevant.

Suck at your Job

Mountain biking. Spanish. Rock climbing. Reading scientific journals way above my head. Cooking.

I suck at these things. And I enjoy these things. I have walked my bike up many hills, I butcher the romantic language and waffles are my best dish. I'm mostly okay with that. I think the real power of this 'fearless failing' is applying it to our careers. It certainly seems less fun (and costlier) to suck at running my own business or launching a failed product. But that fear of failure is exactly what stops us before we start. Every master was once a failure. What are you afraid of sucking at?
